Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyKoi™'s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SkyKoi provides a platform for creating, deploying, and managing Koi. Our services include Koi configuration, hosting, API access, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
  • Secretly monitor a person, bypass required notice or consent, or collect more workplace data than is necessary and proportionate
  • Capture passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, secure input fields, payment-card data, or government identifiers through general device monitoring
  • Use a Koi to make a consequential employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal decision without required human review and legal safeguards

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. You grant us a license to host and process that content to provide our services. SkyKoi retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding.

7. Device and Organization Administration

If you connect a device or administer an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for configuring source approvals, viewers, retention, notices, legal basis, and deletion. You must not rely on a single broad approval when a platform, operating system, law, or material change requires a separate choice.

8. Credentials and High-Sensitivity Data

Use supported account authorization and credential-vault flows. Do not place passwords, private keys, access tokens, Social Security numbers, or similar identifiers in prompts, graph metadata, support messages, or general capture sources. Encryption does not make unnecessary collection appropriate.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop capture, disconnect a source, or terminate your account subject to the applicable plan and agreement. We may limit or suspend access to protect people, the service, or third parties; comply with law; or address a material breach. Export and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyKoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
